10Sec, kişisel hesap bilgisi (ad-soyad, e-posta, telefon) talep etmez. Uygulamada üyelik, e-posta ile giriş veya sosyal medya girişi yoktur.
a) Anonim kimlik: Uygulama, skorların ve sıralamanın çalışabilmesi için cihazınıza otomatik, anonim bir kimlik atar. Bu kimlik sizi kişisel olarak tanımlamaz; ad, e-posta veya telefon içermez.
b) Takma ad (nickname): Sıralamada görünmek için bir takma ad seçebilirsiniz. Bu, sizin belirlediğiniz bir görünen addır; gerçek kimliğinizi içermek zorunda değildir.
c) Oyun verileri: Skorlarınız, oyun süreniz, rütbe/başarı bilgileriniz ve sıralama kayıtlarınız. Bunlar oyunun rekabet ve ilerleme özellikleri için kullanılır.
d) Geri bildirim (isteğe bağlı): Uygulama içinden geri bildirim gönderirseniz, yazdığınız metin ve (isteğe bağlı paylaşırsanız) iletişim bilginiz kaydedilir.
e) Reklam ve cihaz verileri: Uygulama, Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklam gösterir. AdMob, reklamların sunulması ve ölçülmesi için cihaz tanımlayıcıları ve kullanım verileri gibi bilgileri toplayabilir. 10Sec genel kitleye yönelik, aile dostu bir oyundur. Bilerek 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamayız. Uygulama kişisel hesap bilgisi istemez. Bir ebeveyn/veli, çocuğuna ait bir verinin işlendiğini düşünüyorsa 10secgame@gmail.com adresinden bize ulaşabilir; ilgili veriyi sileriz.

This privacy policy explains what data 10Sec ("the App") collects, how it is used, and your rights. By using the App, you agree to this policy.
10Sec does not request personal account information (name, email, phone). There is no sign-up, email login, or social login in the App.
a) Anonymous identifier: To enable scores and rankings, the App automatically assigns your device an anonymous identifier. This identifier does not personally identify you; it contains no name, email, or phone number.
b) Nickname: You may choose a nickname to appear on the leaderboard. This is a display name you choose; it need not contain your real identity.
c) Game data: Your scores, play duration, rank/achievement information, and leaderboard records. These power the game's competitive and progression features.
d) Feedback (optional): If you send feedback from within the App, the text you write and (if you choose to share it) your contact information are recorded.
e) Advertising and device data: The App shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect information such as device identifiers and usage data to serve and measure ads. This collection and use is governed by Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

These providers are subject to their own privacy policies. We do not sell your data beyond advertising and service provision.
Game and ranking data is retained as long as necessary to provide the service. You may request deletion of your data (see Section 7).
10Sec is a family-friendly game for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. The App does not request personal account information. If a parent/guardian believes data relating to their child has been processed, they may contact us at 10secgame@gmail.com; we will delete the relevant data.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, and object to the processing of your data (KVKK for Turkey; GDPR for the European Union). To exercise these rights, contact us at 10secgame@gmail.com.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page; for significant changes, the "Last updated" date will change.
